I would not do it. Air is not broken down by the body as quickly but is distributed throughout the body. The consequences are unforeseeable

Was not sure he would've managed to infuse his scrotum with non pressurised air as he looked to never seal the end of his needle. But i was pleasantly surprised to see his scrotum getting bigger I may try this on my own scrotum it's not going to have the same visual impact as saline infusions i have wanted to do on my scrotum but fear the after effects
