I had to check this out just for curiosity sake. I got a pump from the VA and one of things you are supposed to do it use the pump for 15 minutes per day. Pump it up then hold the max pressure for a couple of minutes then let it go down. The keep repeating for several times. You DO NOT apply the ring until you are ready to have sex. This guy has a ring on all the time yet starting before he pumps yet he goes limp .. that should not happen. Obviously he has a ring on that is either too large or not positioned properly.
